To have fun the launch of Modern Warfare 3, OpTic Gaming and Activision have teamed up for a month-long Search & Destroy Event with a whopping $150,000 in prize cash up for grabs.
Event Format
There might be 16 groups, cut up between two divisions, who will duke it out all month lengthy with the opposite groups of their respective divisions. The Event will use the usual Spherical Robin format. The highest two groups from every division will face off within the Divisional Championships.
After the conclusion of the Division Finals, all 16 groups will compete within the Finals to find out which group will change into the GGCS Champions.
The primary spherical of matches begins at the moment at 7 PM CST. They may proceed tomorrow and choose up once more per week later, on November 19 and November 20.
The Finals will go down on November 27 and 28.
Prize Cash
Every Divisional Championship can have $20,000 up for grabs. $100,000 might be on the road for The Finals.
